The Goods:
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 onion
- garlic (opt)
- olive oil
- 1 qt. stock
- 1 qt. water
- chicken powder
- S&P
- Chop veg.
- Sauté veg in olive oil.
- Add stock and water and bring to a simmer.
- Add chicken powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until veg is softened.
