The Night before:
- Both beans to pot with water
- Boil

- Drain and clean the beans
- Mix the mix
- Cast iron sear meat and drain
- Caramelize onions with garlic and jalapeno
- Combine and add half mix
- Immersion blend third of beans with water
- Combine all goods to pot
- Add salt and add rest mix
Simmer for eight hours, stirring occasionally
- Dice four potatoes
- Oil, salt, and pepper
- Bake at 425 for 30
Layer potatoes, chili, cheese, sour cream, and scallions
