The Goods:
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 handfuls dried shiitake mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- 1 scallion
Marinade:
- 3 tbs Dark soy
- 1 tsp Light soy
- 1 tsp Oyster
- 3 tbs Cooking wine
- Soak mushrooms overnight
- Dice mushrooms
- Combine mushroom, pork, marinade
- Crack eggs in
- Snip in scallions
- Combine thoroughly (squeeze through fingers)
- Place into meatloaf tray
- Rest in fridge however long
- Steam 20 min (145 degree safe)
