The goods
- Random pork
- 2 tbs honey
Sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tbs salt
- 1 tbs soy
- 1 tbs hoisin
- 3 garlic
- Splash sesame oil
- Double splash cooking sherry
- 1/2 tsp five spice powder
- 1 cube red bean curd
- Some of that juice
- Cut pork into flaps
- Mix sauce
- Rub it all in there
- Overnight
- Foil up a sheet
- Oven 550 F
- Put water into sheet
- Plop pork flaps onto rack over sheet
- 25 min
- Flip
- 15 min
- Heat up marinade
- Strain
- Mix with honey
- Baste
- 10 min
- Broil to crisp
