The Goods
- 2 lb Asian Market Salmon
- Garlic powder
- Salt, Pepper
- 1/3 cup Soy
- 3 tbs Honey
- 1/4 cup Cooking Sherry
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- Mix sauce in pot
- Simmer for 5 min
- Set aside
- Wash Salmon
- Pat dry
- Remove pinbones
- Rub in garlic powder and S&P
- Preheat skillet to med high and set oven to 400
- Sear skin for 3 min, sauce top
- Oven for 8 min
Dinner for a week
