Teriyaki Salmon


The Goods
  • 2 lb Asian Market Salmon
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt, Pepper
Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Soy
  • 3 tbs Honey
  • 1/4 cup Cooking Sherry
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  1. Mix sauce in pot
  2. Simmer for 5 min
  3. Set aside
  1. Wash Salmon
  2. Pat dry
  3. Remove pinbones
  4. Rub in garlic powder and S&P
  5. Preheat skillet to med high and set oven to 400
  6. Sear skin for 3 min, sauce top
  7. Oven for 8 min
Dinner for a week
