The Goods
- Chuck steak
- 3 Onion
- Bag carrots
- Can tomato sauce
- Handful flour
Aromatics
- Half bottle Red Wine
- Bay leaf
- Bf/Ch Bouillon
- Preheat oven 350
- Sear steak all sides
- Set aside
- Cut onion into ribbons
- Brown onions
- Add flour
- Add aromatics and tomato sauce
- Submerge steak
- 2 hours in oven, lid on
- Cut carrots
- Throw them in
- 2 hours in oven, lid off
- Get some spuds in there why don't you
- Take it out
- Fish out bay leaves
- Finish with balsamic if you please
