Chicken Stock


  • 2 Old ass chickens from asian market or equal amount in chicken wings
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Celery
  • 3 Bay Leaves
  • Heavy pinch black peppercorns
  1. Bring almost full pot of water to boil
  2. Add chicken
  3. Cut veg, add
  4. Simmer for hour
  5. Skim gross fat
  6. Simmer 24 hours (top off overnight, lowest heat)
  7. Strain
